Estonia - Latvia - Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme project "Advancing remote areas by development of cross-border Via Hanseatica tourism route on basis of local resources" - VIA HANSEATICA

From 2012 the partnership of 45 organizations are joining forces to make maximum use of the international Via Hanseatica tourism route in the territories of Estonia, Latvia and Russia. By that we mean that we are going to elaborate joint VH tourism packages and modules, establish strong partnership of regional and local authorities, entrepreneurs and tourism devlopers and make our Via Hanseatica as visible as possible among ourselves and our visitors.

Via Hanseatica development actions in 2012 - 2014 are supported by Estonia - Latvia - Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme. Estonia - Latvia - Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007 - 2013 financially supports joint cross border development activities for the improvement of the region's competitiveness by utilising its potential and beneficial location on the crossroads between the EU and Russian Federation.
